1. Purpose

The purpose of this policy is to define the human resources principles guiding how the company attracts, develops, evaluates, and supports its people.
The policy provides a framework that combines professionalism, fairness, compliance, and Eticsoft’s long-standing culture of trust, continuous improvement, and respect.

2. Scope

This policy applies to:

  • Employees under probation, temporary, or permanent status
  • Interns (mandatory, voluntary, paid, unpaid)
  • Contractors and part-time workers
  • Remote, hybrid, and on-site personnel
  • All teams and departments

It covers the entire employee and intern lifecycle at a high level.

3. HR Philosophy

5. Employment Framework

The company uses a structured three-stage model:

5.1 Probation (1 Month)

A short period allowing both the company and the employee to assess role suitability, work ethics, and alignment with team culture.

5.2 Temporary Employment (1 Year)

A development-focused phase where the employee’s performance, growth, and contribution to the team are monitored.

5.3 Permanent Employment

Granted upon successful completion of the temporary period, offering long-term stability and full rights.

5.4 Internships

Internships are learning-oriented, supported by mentoring and structured evaluation.
Interns receive limited and secure access tailored to their tasks, and are expected to follow the same ethical and professional principles as employees.

6. Working Environment

The working environment is shaped by the following commitments:

10. HR Policy Compliance

All personnel must adhere to this policy.
Managers and HR are responsible for ensuring its consistent application.
Noncompliance may result in corrective actions consistent with HR procedures.
