These data points are stored only within your website’s database or communicated to payment providers you configure.
How Data Is Used
The plugin uses data only for the purpose of processing and verifying payments. It:
- Sends transaction requests to your selected payment provider
- Receives and logs responses (success, failure, etc.)
- Associates payments with WooCommerce orders
- Optionally logs data for debugging or support purposes
We do not access or transfer your data unless you voluntarily provide access for support.
Data Security

- No external servers are used to process or store your customer or payment data

- Merchants are advised to store sensitive data (like API keys) securely and keep WordPress and plugin versions up to date

Your actual payment processing is handled by third-party banks or payment institutions (e.g., Garanti BBVA, İş Bankası, PayTR, etc.). You are responsible for ensuring compliance with their respective privacy and data protection policies.
SanalPosPRO does not control how these institutions process data.
Support Access
If you contact us for support and choose to share temporary access (e.g., WordPress admin or FTP), we treat any data accessed with strict confidentiality and only for troubleshooting purposes.
Access credentials should be changed after support is completed.

As the website owner (data controller), you are responsible for:
